The rules, like always, are: no selling from inventory, no getting a job (until a basic house with all the basics), no selling to 'invisible' people.

Have you got anymore pictures of the inside?
I'm assuming overtime your sim will customise this lot with the furniture they find/craft? Are all the trash piles 'real' as in your sim can rummage?
Inside is empty as the challenge just started*! However, nope, all debug items. :( However, story-wise, I'll slowly clear the garbage out as if it's being cleaned up.
*Save has a N.A.P in another neighbourhood of 'Sharing is Caring', so it's ruined already. Every community lot is empty, half my trash piles got stolen. Lol.
