Love this thread! Thank you to those who post a link and/or their gallery name. My gallery refuses to save the sims I love to follow for builds to this way I have a direct link to so many wonderful ones.
I would really love a build that doesn't fill up all the rooms with furniture etc. Just the basics that would be in one before you move in like lights, appliances, counters, plumbing. Exception would be things like utility rooms, managers office/suite and any rec areas of course.
I know you can click unfurnished but that removes everything even the shower lol. TIA
