Love this thread! I often forget about replacing existing builds, maybe just modify them slightly, but go to empty lots to build. Then I move sims into those premade homes, and totally forget to change anything. Now I got inspired, thanks! :)

I was going to share this anyways. It's where I moved the Ebabit household yesterday, (formerly Landgraab), the Affluista Mansion.
To Magnolia Promenade. I spent hours 'renovating' the mansion. Their retail business is the building with the green dome.
