I just discovered that the lot assignment from Paranormal pack Haunted House Residential is available for lots in Granite Falls! I do hope it will work without issues, that it is by design I mean and not an oversight; but one lot I will be making now is a witch cabin made of sweets, in the deep of the forest, for sims to both live in and visit.
