My sim get insulted by another another sim, now she has the "Hurt" Sentiment. Whenever she is around this sim, she gets a Sad moodlet, remembering when that sim hurt her. I'm curious to see how long this sentiment lasts.

If it has a light-green background, around 4 days unless reinforced. If dark-green, a few weeks. That is unless the colors are different for 'bad' sentiments, haven't seen those myself yet.
One of my sims had the hurt sentiment and it went during the second day.
I've been reading that the base duration is 4 days but it's likely that further interactions can reduce it - or prolong it. Or maybe it's specific for that sentiment - I guess the more people respond here with their experience, the more we'll know.
Maybe because I switched households? I switched from the hurt guy to another house for one day, I went back to the hurt guy and he still had the sentiment but at some point after he had been to sleep it disappeared. I didn't notice exactly when, but the guy who had upset him called around the house and he was chatting in a friendly manner to him so then I checked and the sentiment had gone.
