In that time they have never had a cross word, always had full relationship bar and would autonomously never leave each others side - if I had one doing a go to work with job like scientist, the other would just turn up and spend all day with them. I'm doing the vampire family aspiration with them and created a club to keep track of sims they turn and fulfill the aspiration. One of the club activities is using vampire powers. Well. Using their powers where their brother could see resulted in dramatically dropping friendship bar until they disliked each other, and negative sentiments. Why do they care if their brother drinks from a sim at at all, let alone to the point of disliking? Using powers never caused negativity before. The sentiments they got just make no sense whatsoever.
I had this problem before sentiments. The game does not take into account the sims trait or relationship when it comes to vampires. Like if my evil sim or close relative sees my sim bite someone it goes negative. And I get phone calls telling me to do better. Like what??

They need special sentiments for brothers twins and siblings in general!!
