In one family I have a mother and father with their three kids(two created in CAS, and one born in-game) living with the mother's sister and her two kids(created in CAS). The older kids are all teens, and the two female cousins actually got a close bond with sentiments. One of them was upset, so I had the other one cheer her up, and they each earned a sentiment from that.
