At this point though as I said somewhere before players appear to be getting totally different results doing the same things?
It seems that the things a ghost does will scare them, ie, possessing things. The ghost themself does not. I'm in two minds about this. On the one hand, players are going to want to interact with other sims whilst playing ghosts etc so from that view it makes sense. On the other.. ITS A GHOST. Maybe an initial scared reaction which the ghost can react to in a calming or scary way would make more sense.
It's always been implied that sims can't see ghosts that are just wandering around, but you can Interact with them if you want. Their rules are never consistent.
In sims 2 sims would only get scared from ghosts if they haunted an object or scared them.
In sims 3 cowards would faint at the mere sight of a ghost. They change it up a lot.
