I've only got the shell done so far and added all the required items, but I'm working on a karaoke bar for the 20x15 lot in the lower part of the town (forget the neighborhood name). According to Google Translate, "snowy mountain" loosely translates to "Yukiyama" in Japanese, so it'll be Yukiyama Karaoke. I'm waiting to finish it till we have the BB items and the platforms.
