I thought it would be fun to share our decorations for Winterfest! How did you decorate?

@MacAllen if you look at the picture above your post, there's a stack of boxes by the fireplace. You need to place the stack of boxes from build mode. It has the name attic in it, I'm not sure but I think it's found under the misc in the section where you find things like chess table, workout equipment, etc. After placing it on your lot click on it and your sim will go to the box, then you can chose the decorations.
Sadly the house decorations can only be gotten to in these boxes. The lights aren't in buymode or buydebug.
Yeah, you can only get them from the attic boxes. I find the attic boxes in 2 different places in build mode. See the pics.
ETA. Also that holiday hanging light that's in the picture, if you put the light over the small dinning table your sim won't be able to clean up the dishes. It'll give you confusing messages like, you need a trashcan on the lot to throw the dish away when you have one on the lot, and there are no dirty dishes when you click on the dishwasher. I kept selling and replacing the dishwasher and trashcan, then I moved the light and my sim was able to clean up the dishes again.
