I mean as someone mentioned just basically having an exaggerated version of the "Helpful neighbors" from Sulani:
People just show up at your place with food, or if you're poor they might offer to pay your bills that week or something.
And in return you are considered rude for STOPPING them from say using your shower instead of the other way around. Also you should gain Influence by doing the same thing, offering food to others.
