Shift-Click cheats dont work

Fellow simmers, I need help. I only have basegame and seasons and when I shift click on my sim, and click on Cheat Sim Info, the only choices it has is Lock all motive decay and add a sim preference and nothing else. Tried the testingcheats and everything...still the same thing. Can anyone help me? I couldnt find a related issue in the EA site.

    Ok, . Do CTRL SHIFT C on the keyboard for the cheatbar, Then put in just like this testingcheats true You don't need to put testingcheatsenabled true anymore ..I kept doing that and cheats would not work. After that put in cas.fulleditmode and You will have access to everything about your sims. Then close the cheat bar.

    testingcheats true works fine in my games and I have the options reset sim and cheat with need.
    maybe you just forgot to write true after testingcheats.

    I had this issue a while ago. Repairing the game did the trick for me.

    I use cheats, it’s as @spend4zen posted, but of course I am ALWAYS in “Manage Worlds”.
    It sounds like you might be using them while ‘playing the household’, I have never tried it then/ there so I don’t know if it’d work...
    But I only use full edit and free real estate so, really I need to be in ‘manage worlds’ anyhow for the cheats I use...

    I had some trouble with this too. I just typed testingcheats on and then shift+left click for the commands to come up and the game had to be on play, not pause for this to work. Does that help?
