Should base game bundle early packs into it for all players to own now?

while i do agree that there should be One major pack which adds to the game. For instance, the bust the dust could have came with laundry stuff and laundry stuff could have been added to a cleaning pack or something. i also think seasons should come with the base game. If anything they should have like one big pack with certain things in it which add to the game- then it would be really worth about $40.00
