Should base game bundle early packs into it for all players to own now?

It will be seven years the sims 4 was released this september and if continue development is truly planned for two more years, I wonder if the base game should start combining or bundling early game p...

Nah. Way too early. When the Sims 5 is 3 years old that would make sense to fool new consumers in thinking that you will get all that content in Sims 5 as well.
