Everybody would be the spouse of everybody, the marriage would means nothing.
The marriage is a decorative status, there is no bonus, the relationship is the same.
Just it will unlock the Divorce option.
Married couples usually get tax deductions. Its also easier to get a bank loan as a couple than it is as a single person.
