Should Swimming/Diving be it's own skill?
It's always irked me that swimming/diving is tied to the fitness skill. All of my mermaids end up with level 10 fitness. Should there be a swimming/diving skill if Island Living gets a refresh? ...

I wish the skills were organized differently.
All physical skills could have a common "Fitness" skill, but from level 6 also require an additional specific skill, like Workout, Yoga, Swimming, Jogging etc.
All music instrument skills could have a common "Music" skill, but from level 6 also build the more specific Guitar, Piano, Fiddle etc.
Cooking already has this kind of, with Gourmet Cooking require a few Cooking skills to be available.
I think someone who are used to jogging will be a better swimmer than someone who spend all their time in a sofa watching TV. And someone learning Piano will probably learn Guitar easier, because they already has some knowledge/feeling for the dynamics/notes etc.
For singing it always annoyed me that a sim can sing a holiday cheer quite well, but once starting practicing Singing it sounds like a horrible cat jam. Then again, at a birthday cheer the same sim sings totally fine, while next singing lesson is horrible again. I realize cheers don't have much variety based on skills, but they feel rather immersion breaking.
In short:I don't really want a specific skill for Swimming/Diving, but would welcome it as a specialized skill like Gourmet cooking is.
