Should The Sims start leaning towards high rise buildings

I was disappointed to hear yesterday that the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia which is eventually going to be the world's tallest building is on hold. I am curious about how high humans could build a bui...

Not a new idea.

It's possible to build useable, multi-unit highrises even in TS2. It takes cheats though.
