Show me your beloved, ugly sims!

Most of mine are loveable, and not one of them are what Hollywood would consider beautiful. I've never been one for appearances anyway. I prefer what's under the skin. I've made perfect sims in the past, and for some reason, they were the most boring to play with :\

I do not think any of my sims are pretty, but neither do I have real ugly ones (yet - give them time to breed and it may happen). Let me sho you a few so can judge yourself.

These are Karl Keppler and Anya Allen as I made them in demo:

Karl is an astronomer. I gave him a green son when the full game was released and Anya was employed as the nanny of said son, because she is 1/4 of alien blood herself. The funny thing about Karl is, I have him work as an astronaut and make him use the treadmill regularly, but he´s resistant to loosing weight (though he gains muscles). Guess Anya´s cooking skills are just a tad too good to turn down a second or third helping. I sometimes joke that he needs a spaceship just for himself, but truth is I really like Karl. He´s like me, the nerdy one, who doesn´t like exercice much - but still he goes on space missions!

These are the adoptive brothers Charly and Gorden (who became Anya´s husband later) with their roomate Oona Stone:

The brothers are just average guys, a guitarist and a would-be pro-athlete. Oona is supposed to be a stoneage woman who survived suspended in an iceberg. Her small eyes and piggish face are the result of me trying to recreate neanderthal look without a reference picture. I think she turned out rather cute. Despite her being not quite human Oona gave birth to a healthy son lately - the game doesn´t know she´s supposed to belong to another species, after all.

I love Oona's look! Just the kind of thing I'm talking about. She's my favorite from your pictures. Ironically as you were going for a Neanderthal look, somehow to me she really looks the most like a real person; I can picture having a chat with her IRL.

I feel quite shallow, really, for wanting my little people to be pretty and attractive (not supermodel style). I also change townies to my liking, for example the weird chin of Paolo Rocca. He's VERY handsome with a more "normal" chin. I don't really do full plastic surgery on any sim, more like small cosmetic changes like eyebrows and hair/facial hair. I've found quite a few gems among randomly created townies, just by changing hairstyles, to one that actually suits them.

Its not always looks, though, that makes a sim "attractive" to me. I can absolutely love an "ugly" or weird looking sim.
