I love occult sims and like being inspired by some of the things you guys are doing with your households. On the gallery, people are always making some really creative supernatural sims and wanted to ...

The short version is that that led into a spiral of making vampires that remind me of other mythological creatures. I then began giving them each powersets that matched their theme, then made them variant strains of vampirism, and added a universe's worth of lore behind it. Nowadays when I play, each vampire is one of these types, each type having their own modus operandi. Like a zodiac sign, the type defines the person, but the person also defines the type.
Progenitor (The first), Werewolf (The free-spirit), White Wolf (The moon-child), Demon Wolf (The physical adept)
Angel (The self-righteous), Fallen Angel (The rebel), Djinn (The opportunist), Hexen (The guide)
Dragon (The egotist), Naga (The cult leader), Garden Snake (The cult follower), Incubus (The tireless)
Feral Succubus (The consumed), Succubus (The yearning), Nightcrawler (The loner), Jorogumo (The homemaker)
Voodoo Doll (The puppetmaster), Haunted Doll (The coveted), Banshee (The guardian), Drowned (The pescatarian)
Golem (The existentialist), Zombie (TBD), Night Elf (The self-made), Moonlight Elf (The inheritor)
Carrier (The nepotist), Plague Carrier (Patient zero), Plasma Bat (The rat-king), Kuchisake (Two-in-one), Nagual (The protector)
Aea Fae (The delegator), Terra Fae (The shaman), Syl Fae (The guardsman), Sala Fae (The mage), Naia Fae (The liaison)
Even three years later I'm still redefining some of them, their abilities, as well as their universe.
Oh my goodness these are so cool! I love your ideas - especially the concept of making a human voodoo doll. That’s so creative! I’ll for sure be taking some inspiration from your ideas.
I love mythology and all the lore behind these things so it’s really interesting to me to see your interpretation of them like this. <3
Feel free.
I didn't want to over-explain, hence the one-line descriptors, but there's so much more to each one. From their feeding habits to their genetics, and even their origins and inter-type relations. But there are only so many hours in a day, and I haven't made much progress in my updates (no one to bounce ideas off of, and little motivation, unfortunately).
