Yes, the NPC's in 3 often have the similar puddingface look (just like imaginary friends and genies). The early worlds however have the same puddingface issue. The best townies imo you can find on the campus and in Midnight Hollow.
I just don't think Sims 4 is any better, they all have a similar look as well. It would be at the top of my wishlist for a Sims 5 (or other life simulation game): real unique characters. With TSM they seemed to have the hang of it. Those sims with better CAS would have been great.
HI just wanted to say what a coincidence,I just did a small rehash on my SV which has townies from every world and Go figure added several University Life people.Forgot to add them.Am excited to see them in my town.But of course creepy doll girl from MH is in my SV she has a great backstory and her weird eyes :'( She looks like that girl on youtube that tries to be a human barbie it is like EA made her after that girl.
