One thing with the size is you can always wall off part of it and not use it- making a smaller studio look.

This is what I do.

My Sim's apartment in the Spice District - 2a Jasmine Suites to be exact. I moved the family living there into the apartment across the hall, so they pop over occasionally.

here is Gerry apartment, well more like a bedsit, this is after the rebuild.

I'm wanting to get him married and have kids, but those other apartments look huge. and this one is too small.

But I do have a question about neighbors though. Can you move in several households in one building? Like filling up the apartments with your own sims? I'd like to move in my simself in an apartment and then move in a friend of mine next door.

I re-did the 3 bedroom Penthouse in the Fashion District!












As you can see, I love the colorful stuff but I usually decorate all over the place. :p
