This was a jewelry shop I created for a shell. I created this with my sim Alexis in mind. If she could have her own shop it would be this one

The jewellery store is very nice! 🙂The displays of jewellery and crystals to buy are great. Very nice layout of the store and great nook area with the Gemology table to make the jewellery items.
The cafe business is lovely! 🙂 Very nice warm wood texture of the dining tables and chairs. It would be a lovely place to enjoy coming to for a drink, food and a chat.

I created a small business as a cruise ship, where the business owner is thge captain, residing the captain's cabin, with wife and one child. The ship is on a Sulani beach, but I pretend it go from place to place. There passanger cabins are not very important as they won't work like a hotel anyway, but all the activities on board makes guests stay long enough to make a nice daily income for the captain's family. There are many venues, like bar with small stage for performers, restaurant (incl. captain's table where the most prominant guests will be seated), gaming room, spa, aquarium, water pipe and more, + two sundecks. It's fun to play, and also fun to visit for other actively played households. (More pictures on my blog. They were taken before the several final adjustments, though)
Because I absolutely love dogs, I created a paradise for dogs and their owners (families).🐶❤️

The cruise ship business is great! 🙂Very lovely furnishing of each indoors area and the deck areas. There are many activities of the guests to do whilst on their cruise there. The cinema is very nice and the spa is great.
