It's irreversible. Besides, with a reduction the twin carrier isn't so uncomfortable. Just needs a good fit, if you will. Stay away from the wireless versions, however.

I tried one time to raise twins in the game. I think I lasted two days with toddlers before I raised the little rascals up to children. I didn't save any pics. But they were cute as buttons.
