Shower in the rain & 'Industrial' eco footprint

I just started playing in Evergreen Harbor, in the neighborhood that has the 'industrial' eco footprint. And I noticed that any time I try to have my sim "Shower in the rain", her hygiene will not go up. At first I thought it was a bug, possibly caused by a mod or the new patch. But the more I thought about it, maybe this is an intentional feature? I remember it being said that polluted neighborhoods would have acid rain, so I'm assuming this acid rain will not improve sims' hygiene when showering in the rain - I just don't remember that specifically being mentioned. Does anyone know if it was? Is this happening for anyone else?

Edit: Looks like it is in fact the industrial neighborhood's acid rain that's causing her hygiene not to go up. Sent the same sim to another neighborhood and 'shower in the rain' worked as normal. (forgot that the other neighborhoods had different footprints, which is why I didn't realize I could just test it in one of them lol). Anyway, this is a neat detail about industrial neighborhoods that I was not expecting!

Love this detail. Can't wait to see it myself. Almost forgot about the acid rain.

I don't know it to! I have eco to and I can shower in the rain, Maybe you should try repairing you're game?

It was just the industrial neighborhood/acid rain that was causing it, as I suspected. I sent her to a different neighborhood and it worked fine. :) I forgot that the other neighborhoods had different eco footprints, so I didn't realize at first that I could just test it out in another neighborhood.
