There really shouldn't be any 'you stole my x' going on from the gallery, because no one but Maxis owns anything. You may put the creative work into making a Sim or a build, but at the end of the day, you did it in Maxis' sandbox. It's like fanfiction written based on a TV show or novel, at the end of the day, you may have created it but you don't own the rights to it because you weren't playing in your own sandbox to start with.
