Yeah I have posted this topic before but again I still feel like there is a lack of communication. I tried to be quiet and patient to see if the live stream communication would fill the void but it doesn't. I really want the quarter teasers back because at least we knew what was coming during the quarter. Now we are waiting for these live streams and in the end we are still not getting any information.I am not trying to nit pick but I didn't care for the joke at the end of the last live stream where a fake announcement was started and then the audio cut out. There are many people who want to know what is coming and playing a joke like that was inconsiderate.Anyway the new community manager said they were trying something new and to be open minded. I am just letting you know this is not working for me. There doesn't seem to be any real communication at all. It is more of a here is what we added to the game. I can start my game up and\or read the patch notes to see that.

So a few years in with a handful of EPs, SPs and even GPs along with patched content and countless CC and mods, there are some players still feeling left out in the dark?That is disappointing :disappointed:

I'm missing pieces inside my ears so I will never hear some sounds because they're in my total deaf range. The range where I'm deaf is the human voice level. At least when they did the teasers, they added the subtittle options but in their live streams they don't.

When I got my first pair of hearing aids using a ear specialist, he said I will not ever be able to hear like a person who has gradual hearing loss and then gets hearing aids. It works like Utube captions which I know how to enable. But thank you for taking the time to look it up and trying to help me hear the twitch streams.

The caption option has to be on the stream itself, in other words the maker of the stream has to enable the captions. This is what they have to do. (As a broadcaster, if you want to offer captions to your audience, you will need to transmit caption files in an accepted format embedded in your stream, or alongside your stream, through your broadcast encoder.)

Eta. The reason I was able to see the subtittles in the teasers is because I watched them on Utube.

Simgurus stating they are working on something is not a quarterly teaser in my opinion. The quarterly teasers gave us an idea of what is coming next. To be honest, I expect them to always be working on something so I don't need to be told they are working new content.

Even if a guru did say something along the lines that they were working on something, it's still far too vague to even come close to a quarterly teaser. In fact, it's really quite futile to even discern what is even being worked on anymore. I guess it gives us a greater element of surprise, but continues to leave us in the dark even worse than before. There maybe plenty of communication, but not the ones we're looking for.
