Sim autonomously broke up with girlfriend.

Nothing happened when I disabled autonomy. All my Sims became docile as expected. But I'm not always able to reproduce the bugs others experience. Are you making sure your games are repaired after each update?

Yes it was a roommate. The only mods I have installed are mc command centre and less city living names. I have used mods for years and this has never happened. I'm pretty gutted because he can't even speak to her anymore.

I have seen reports on roommates doing things that they are not supposed to be able to do autonomously. Like being able to flirt with sims that they are not supposed to be able to flirt with.

What confuses me is my active sim broke up with her, not the roommate. It was a shock to me because I am supposed to be able to control him. Also now I can't get back with her, the relationship bar is maxed out red and the status above her head reads: Broken up- not all loves last! These sims are no longer together and Bad Romance- sometimes your gut tells you it's all wrong. And then you tell that gut to be quiet.

I have never seen this in my whole time playing sims 4.

Since you use MC Commander, double check to make sure your settings are not set to allow break ups. It's located under:

MCCC Settings --> Relationship Settings -->Breakup Settings

Make sure both Couple and Spouse Relationship Change Percents are 0.

also having a mod at all can cause issues thats why they don't accept bug reports when you have mods

I had this happen yesterday too, I don't have mods in that game, however it's not the first time I've had it happen. It's happened for me for the last 2 years, but VERY rarely, like every few months real time of playing, and I play a lot, so the fact that we both had it happen yesterday does make it seem like something has changed.

It actually resulted in an extra child for my family. I was only planning for them to have one child since they live in an apartment. I guess I will have to rethink their living arrangement sometime in the future. :D

It's definitely off, i never allow breakups with mc I've been using it for years and never had this happen.
