Are you using MCCC? If so, how are your settings set for risky woohoo and try for a baby?
Hates children trait don't necessarily keep a household/couple from adopting a child or for that matter having risky woohoo or try for a baby from personal experience. I have a game in my saves where the couple both hates kids and non-committal but had MCCC settings set at autonomous try for a baby and risky woohoo setting set at a realistic setting they had triplets. I think its a random thing. I think that that the probability is lower when you have non-commital and or hates children traits though it doesn't keep a couple from having kids be it because you made your sims try for a baby or it was autonomous.
Please keep us up to date on whether she is pregnant or not. I hope she is :D
