In previous games, there was the option to further your sim’s personality via a blurb you could write about them. In the past I hardly used this feature, but now that I’m making a save with custom sims, I’m finding the household biography just isn’t cutting it for storytelling. It works well enough for single sim households, but add a couple more and the room for individual character backstory shrinks substantially. Considering we are limited to three traits per-sim (ignoring aspiration and reward traits ), having this feature return would be handy for further personalization of our sims.What do you think?

Absolutely, I'm glad you asked!

That was one of the first missing features I noticed in TS4. It's weird how we can add descriptions to almost everything, including some of the sims' own creations like books and apps, but not the sims themselves.

Not that I used it very often in previous games, but it is a great tool to give Sims that extra bit of personality.

I never used the feature myself but I loved reading the bios of all of the premade families. This is the only iteration of The Sims where I haven't played every pre-made family I could find, and I have to admit that a large part of it is because without the bios, there's not much depth to the pre-mades (as with all TS4 sims).

I have been requesting this feature for the last 3 surveys. It's not even hard to implement smh literally a characters box/string whatever and some UI. It just goes to show that they don't read them or if they do, they don't care about the suggestions for this game.

I thought we were going to get this or something close to it with the newly added CAS background thing. But apparently not.
I miss the bios.

I never used it in the past. Like others have mentioned I'd rather have the memory system back.

I don't really remember it but I'd love a place to take some notes to help me in rotation. I'd like them to be accessible when in the household itself though ... rather than having to go out to managed worlds or neighborhood view. So if you're talking about something like that I'm for it.

2 different things not to mention a lot more work would go into a memory system, at least a proper one like in TS2.
