Sim customers wearing mannequin skins

Ok So I have a little bit of a strange thing happening with my game. When sim customers buy cloths from my sim's store sometimes they walk out with their skin replaced with the mannequin's skin (the one they purchased from). So Once I had my blue Mannequin showcasing a bathrobe and slippers.. sim customer purchase bathrobe with slippers changes in to it quickly then ends up with the blue mannequin skin on along with the robe, then when he changed back out of the bathrobe (probably due to it being sleepwear) he goes back in to his typical clothing but still rocking the blue skin. I had this happen with my black mannequin as well when i have an alien suit on it. I tried replacing the mannequin but it did not help my case..

Is there anything I can do about this? I don't really want my townies to eventually become infected with a strange strand of zombieism.
