Hello, first time to raise a question here. Have you guys ever had a sim died in the career lot? My sim did. She died in the studio (she was an actress), the grim reaper came and took her successfull...

But movie studio is a really different story as the lot resets when you leave it. After all, you may build on the lot after the gig is over, but none of the changes are saved.
I'd suggest you first look into household inventory. If it isn't there, I wouldn't hold up much hope there...
Yesterday night, I sent my Sim's son to the studio. However, I couldn't find my sim's tombstone/urn there. :'( Maybe I need to make her son to take part in her final movie - at least the building and decoration are the same
No, that won't do unfortunately.
I'll assume you didn't find it in household inventory either. The only thing I can suggest is recover previous save state where she was still alive, and have her retire before her death. That can be done when you are choosing which save to load in the main menu.
I couldn’t find any tombstone or urn in inventory?
Sorry to hear that then...
So I can suggest two methods to get the tombstone/urn.
1. Recover a previous save where she was still alive, and don't let her die on the movie set. I'd suggest to do it now: it will not delete your current save, but instead make a new one that is the previous version of your save.
2. Get her ghost to come to your lot (lot traits, holidays, ghost bar nights etc). You can add her to the household, resurrect her, then have her die again.
The movie studio resets every time, so the tombstone/urn is gone unfortunately...
I think point 2 is better for me. I have made lots of changes after her death :( Thank you so much >_<
