Sim husband keeps flirting

But I don’t even know who with so I can’t like stop it! The wife keeps getting jealous and now has a fear of their marriage falling apart. I have had them go in dates, and everything and if I leave the guy for a second (like if I’m directing my other sim to the bathroom) I come back to find out his flirting with someone. But no romance bar pops up and no interaction does either so I can’t cancel it. It’s happened several times with another woman in front of the wife! I’m guessing yet another glitch? The guy isn’t flirty at all. Like he doesn’t have that trait. I even have had to build their romance bar back up because sometimes when they talk about the marriage it goes way down. It’s just getting super annoying to the part where I don’t even want them to have outings or parties or anything. But they are both outgoing and the wife especially loves being around people.
