Sim male fiancé refuses "try for baby"? Hates children. Is Pregnancy possible?

As far as I know this is from a new traits tweak. You can initiate "try for baby" with the sim who hates children directly - this will work. But if suggested by the partner to try for baby these sims will now reject.
