I have the no pixels mod as well and I had my Sim showering with his cloths on and then he would walk around naked until the game decided to show his clothing. Basically the game was lagging as far the changing the clothes when they did their swirl and just wasn't matching up. Cleaned out my CC folder and cut down and it stopped the issue. I figured I just WAY too much CC clothing in my game.
