Please make it where we can wade through the streams, swim in the fishing pond, and swim off of the beaches on the island, in Windenburg.

Maybe they would get chilly during winter, but they do have summer season. There is really no reason why they would not be able to swim in Windenburg, especially as there are already access points to the shoreline included on the map.
