When do you think the Sims will address the My Wedding Stories controversy?

I feel like I just answered this question in the negative feedback section so I'll copy/paste my answer again here.
Anyway, if this was a franchise with a more generally visible player base (like they had for Battlefront) they *might* actually come out and address it, and offer some kind of "fix". But for the sims, I doubt it.
Tbh, at this point I'm curious if EA is actively trying to run this franchise into the ground.
ETA: also I don't think it's on the SimGurus specifically to address it, but rather EA through the official sims account. No need to send all the viral hate to a single employee who's probably just following orders anyway.

I love that there is a survey though with a free comment section. At least I could tell them to get their plum together.
