There can be a lot of reasons productivity is impacted in a company. Reasons that are totally unrelated to the talents of the employees. Are you sure they don't know how to fix the bugs? Maybe you should check out the EA job board if they are hiring. You would be an awesome guru who cares a lot to help us.
