I wouldn't press EA or Maxis for any huge fixes or early replies myself. They are a multinational company with employees from all over the world and might have some difficulty with dealing with staffing problems, leaving, sickness or even deaths, with the situation health wise, and these international disputes at the moment. We don't get told everything. Those in Russia who managed to get it before the crackdown are lucky.
