Simmies collection confusion

So I am busy collecting Simmies to update my full collection room. I still have 6 to go, but I received the message collection is complete and even got the plaque for it too ??? I am gonna save these to a room and then sent my sim back on holiday to go and find the other 6, I can't upload halve a collection even if it says complete. I don't understand this collection :/

    I'm going to guess that you don't need to have the gold Simmies for the collection to be considered complete. I want to say that Realm of Magic's Wand/Broom collection was similar, but as there was one wand I never found in any of my playing with Spellcasters, I can't be sure.

    Aaah that makes sense, I can't put it up as a full collection like that though, so will keep on looking for the others, I need 5 more now ;) I also battled and battled for one wand and one broom, took forever, can't even remember how I eventually managed to get them LOL
