Which one is better? Okay, I think Get to work careers are good, but I think ambitions professions are more ingrained with there world . So it makes them more fun to play.

Ambitions is a much better EP than GTW will ever be.
It has self employment that works with almost any skill where you can craft or harvest things and gives you the most freedom. You can also play with the consignment skill and level up the more stuff you sell there, so that you get more and more cash for what you sell.
Ambitions had more active jobs and expanded the doctor career so that you can do house calls and check sims on the street plus the goals weren't as repetitive as in TS4 since they were more generalised. You could be a teacher (rabbit hole career), a tattoo artist, inventor, sculptor, architect, stylist, firefighter, ghost hunter, doctor, investigator and in addition sims can be professional gardeners, fisherman, nectar makers, photographers, painters, alchemists, band player, bot builder, scuba diver and horsemen.
Ambitions also had, eco friendly stuff, washers and driers, earthquakes, death by meteor, real estate where you can get money off of venues, it has more than the one skill GTW offers, kids could sell cupcakes and muffins in the selling stand etc.
