I think the skin tones update will be sometime in the fall; if there's another EP on the horizon (as they usually have one to take advantage of the post-Thanksgiving sales period) they could come with that pack's pre-release patch.
Honestly not really expecting anything for the 6th anniversary. But I'm open to being surprised (hopefully pleasantly).
