Sims 4 based on real life
Practicing speech on mirror(as i did also in sims 3) improves charisma, but if i doing it on real life, it will improve too? As well build my self confidence, throw away problems?

It does.
Better still, at home I have two mirrors facing each other in order to create an infinity effect. This means that - when standing between the two mirrors practicing my speech - I create infinite me's boosting my charisma ...infinitely.
In fact, at this stage my level of charisma would be beyond that of any ordinary human, but thanks to a simple mirror trick anyone can do this from the comfort of their own home.
Same goes for self-confidence. I simply have no problems. None at all. That's because I levitate when I meditate.
