sims 4 blank white page refuses to load

Are you running legacy or a normal game? Are your drivers updated? It could be caused by a lot of things. I would start with the mods and cc though. After you remove all mods, cc, repair the game and get a clean slate the game should load. Then you can add the mods and cc back to your game in small batches to narrow down the problem. However if you remove everything and repair the game and the game does not load you might have to reinstall or have someone look at your crash logs and computer specs.
