can someone please explain to me why my pets arent loading into create a sim? my house hold has 2 sims and a pet and the pet will not load in and the other sims are greyed out and it says something about pet genetics also when i try to load in a singular pet sim the same thing happens it doesnt load in.

HelloIf you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there.Repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair

Try going into manage households and see if you can move a pet that belongs to a household, to another household. Then test to see if that household can be loaded in cas.

Try also deleting the cache files and see if that helps

already tried the first thing i will look into the cache thing

edit: that didnt do anything my dog still wont load into create a sim. this is really starting to make me mad

If you haven’t already done this, try starting a fresh new save game, then try to add a pet from your library to a sims household in cas.

Can you upload your sims to the gallery from your library and then download them into CAS from the gallery?
