sims 4 CAW, how it gonna work
ok here a post trying to explain how really work a CAW in sims 4 and what is and what is not possible. i'm creating this thread since look some peoples still don't know how the "worlds work in sims...

Even if a CAW tool did mean making individual neighbourhoods with a common map, I would still like to see a tool made available to us. I'm sure Simmers could come up with lots of concepts for worlds that Maxis might not decide it's making for us, even if those concepts do all need to be broken into neighbourhoods.
