Sims 4 Gallery Downloads/ Packs

Question

Hiya Simmers! Ive been having an issue with downloading gallery lots.
Basically every time i want to add one to a lot it will say that i don't own the pack, though i do.
I double checked which ones are used for these lots and i'm not sure what the problem is.
i'm not sure if these lots are using the items from the packs i own either. I play on my Xbox one so if anyone could possibly help me out to what's going on or how to fix it, id really appreciate it!

Yeah, I get that message a lot too. Even on lots I built myself and know for a fact I own the stuff in my game. Luckily its just an annoying pop-up and doesn't really affect anything.

This same thing is happening to me on the XBox version. I hadn't played in a month or so; now when I sign in and load a saved game, it is telling me that content is not installed. For example, I have the Cats and Dogs pack clearly installed, but the household now doesn't even show it available. I even uninstalled and reinstalled that pack from the disc, and still nothing. I think a recent update broke something.
