What kind of video card do you have and how much video RAM is there? Also, give us a screenshot of your graphics settings in the game.

That's a very weak CPU for this game :/ my guess is that that's the main issue but I will ping @chesterbigbird for advice.

  • I'd suggest:

    1. Turn sim detail down to either High or Medium.

    2. Turn off uncompressed sim textures.

I'm no expert, but it looks like you're working with integrated graphics instead of a dedicated graphics card, and integrated chips tend to be less capable than dedicated graphics cards. My Toshiba Satellite has integrated graphics, and it can only really handle the game with a high view distance and medium edge smoothing if everything else is turned down low and sim textures are compressed. My Dell G7 laptop, on the other hand, has a dedicated graphics card and can easily handle the game on high graphics settings. Along with how well it does as a workstation for my graphics work, it's basically the best $900+ bucks I ever spent.

You should turn off edge smoothing, as anti-aliasing can be harsh on integrated video cards, same with uncompressed sim textures. Everything else should perform alright on medium settings.
