Sims 4 Likes and Dislikes? Increase activity?

Glad I am not the only one who wished it would effect their actions more. I guess for now like others, I will stop assigning them as I have no issue keeping their fun meter up.

I enjoy placing likes and dislikes on my sims. Since I play rotational it helps me remember how I planned a certain sim. Haven't been playing that long since the likes/dislikes were released. Never use radios in my saves so I have no input on the likes or dislikes of music.

So far I am happy about the addition of likes and dislikes and hope that they add more and keep on working with this. It can be a really fun way of making sims that have similar traits feel different.

I have noticed when I have my sims dislike video gaming, programming & media production they don't play games on their phones & don't play the computer. They just check once in a while the browse web.

Yes that’s true.

My male sim has the dislikes video game and if I have ever caught him watching fiddling with his cellphone he has always been surfing the web. He has not chosen to play video games even if he has his phone available.

One of my Sims does gardening autonomously since I chose it as his liked activity. You can see it's from the Likes/Dislikes update because he gets the thought-bubble with the smiley and the leaf symbol before he decides to go gardening.

I recently started a new save in a starter house. One of my sim's friends, a pre-made from Windenburg named Sofia Bjergsen kept inviting herself over. There wasn't anything to do in the house, so she'd go jogging even though she dislikes fitness. And after she got back from jogging, she'd go jogging again.
