Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Since the latest update of The Sims 4 on EA App, none of my official packs (expansions and stuff packs) are recognized in the game.
I have already:

• cleared the game and app cache
• repaired the game
• fully reinstalled the game
• removed all mods (disabled them AND finally deleted them)
• renamed the game folder to have a clean start

Nothing works, even though the packs worked perfectly before the update (last played 18 August 2025). I’ve attached some files, including the main menu of the game, my EA App, and screenshots of some of my purchases. I haven’t attached everything because it represents 10 years of purchases.

I’m looking for a solution to reactivate my packs and restore the game to normal.

The online help assistance, could not manage to help. And did not found any of my games linked to my account. It's 1500 euros disappearing right in front of my eyes. So please need help asap
