Sims 4-"Personal Emergency"

I woohooed with a girl that came to my house and then she went to the shower and came out and left. There was a notification from that sim that popped out and said, " I'm having a bit of a personal emergency, I have to go now". The strangest thing was that, she was naked. She left and she was doing the pee walk.
Has this happened to any of you? Why did it happen? What does it mean?

I had this notification once recently...it was from my sims elderly father who was over visiting, so I freaked out and thought maybe he went home to die! He didn't though so I don't know what the personal emergency was...

Could it be they wet themselves? Even if they are in the red they will not get out of the shower and use the toilet. Even if they are not dressed if they had an accident the game will register it as they peed themselves. Well, good thing it is not real life!!! LOL

Usually it's when they are about to have needs failure. I've had exhausted Sims go home for this reason. No idea why she was naked though.

This made me laugh so much.

I've had this happen several times (not the naked part) it's happened with visitors at my sims home and while in groups in public places. Why can't NPC sims just use the nearest commode it's so annoying.
